This variable, when set to "true" disables all end users' ability to change their email addresses via the User Profile page. The default value for this variable is "false".

By default, users are allowed to control the time zone setting in their user profile. Setting this variable to “true” disables this ability.

This variable , when set to "true" will remove the ability for users to perform delegation from their User Profile page. The default value for this variable is "false".

This variable , when set to "true" will remove the ability for users to perform shared delegation from their user profile page. The default value for this variable is "false".

By default, users are allowed to disable their email from their user profile. Setting this variable to “true” disables this ability.

This Boolean variable determines whether the Profile option, which opens the User Profile page, appears in the user menu. Setting the value to "false" removes the Profile option from the user menu for all users. The default value is "true".

This variable only removes the menu option. It does not block access to the User Profile page itself. To control what users can change on that page, use the other variables on this page, such as fDisableUserProfileEmailChange and fTurnOffDelegation.

This Boolean variable determines whether the Logout option appears in the user menu. When the variable is not set, Logout appears only for users who sign in with a Process Director user name and password. It is hidden for users who sign in through Windows authentication, LDAP, SAML, or other external authentication. Set the variable to "true" to show Logout to all users, or to "false" to hide it from all users.

This variable applies to every user, regardless of how they sign in.

For users who sign in through single sign-on, the identity provider controls the session, not Process Director. If Logout is shown to SAML users without also enabling SAML_Enable_SLO, Logout ends only the Process Director session. The identity provider still considers the user signed in and signs them back in on their next request, so Logout appears to do nothing. To give SAML users a working sign-out, set this variable together with SAML_Enable_SLO and SAML_URL_Logout.
